Death Valley and Nevada Ghost Town
Registration
Please complete the following registration information for PSA's Death Valley Spring and Nevada Ghost Town Workshop being conducted March 16-23, 2020. In the event that all the seats are filled, your name will be placed on a Waiting List. Please notify PSA Headquarters, via return Email, if you do not wish to be placed on the Waiting List.

It is necessary that each member register separately.

After you receive an Email confirming that you have an assigned seat, you must make your payment, via credit card, within 48 hours or your seat will be re-assigned. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa credit or debit card.

You are also reminded that, after making your payment, you also must complete, sign and date the PSA Release and Indemnity Agreement (pdf file) and forward it before you can participate in this PSA adventure. The form may be found at: "psa-photo.org/index.php?2020-death-valley-event" (under the tab for Registration and Cost). The form can be completed online and saved. When saving, please rename the file to include your name in it. Then print the completed form and sign it. Finally, the signed pdf file must be scanned and emailed to PSA Headquarters (hq@psa-photo.org).

All registration information is required, except Cell Phone, which is optional.
