ISO: 400 Tripod: Y Location: Marin Headlands - San Francisco, CA When: April 11, 2010 Maker Remarks: Hi! Good to see this group back. This is an image I took on a WINDY evening last spring in San Francisco. I\'ve entered it in one EID competition, but it didn\'t excite anyone there. I\'m thinking travel might work better, but it may be a bit too cliche. What do you think? IMAGE 2 Title: Castle Geyser Camera: Canon Digital Rebel Xti Lens: Sigma 28 - 300 zoom at 28 mm Aperture: F/11 Shutter: 1/60 sec. ISO: 200 Tripod: Y Location: Yellowstone National Park, WY When: September 24, 2009 (during PSA conference) Maker Remarks: I was fortunate to catch a full eruption of this geyser, but this is in the \"sputter\" stage. I like the colors, but the smoke in the background (from a wildfire) may be a bit too overwhelming. I\'m also debating whether to crop slightly tighter on the right, but don\'t want to crowd the geyser. What would you do?
