Very nice location shot--they look like they are working hard! The lighting here is bright and difficult to photograph, but when traveling, we don't always have a choice! I can't figure out how to change that--I tried and it didn't work. The color has a lot of impact. The focus is well done with the background somewhat out of focus which makes the subjects stand out better. I would like it better if the hand in the lower right corner weren't cut off, but sometimes we can't compose in these situations.

The strain of their load shows plainly in the faces of these men and the image piques the viewer's interest. The image tells a story. The man on the right making eye contact with the camera clinches it.

This is a lovely location photo and a good portrait. The color is great and the picture really shows the surroundings well. I like the metal objects in the window which lead me to the woman's face. I think it would be improved if it were cropped slightly on the left to eliminate the triangle of different material.

Again there is human interest. The multi-hued colored powders speak of the woman's trade - I wish the foreground were sharper so that one could get a sense of their texture. Some cropping and perspective correction might help: the dark wedge at left is a distraction, as is the fact that the door is not vertical.
